"Sui" is a standard Japanese gin with a refreshing and crisp taste that suits the Japanese palate, made with domestically sourced Japanese ingredients such as yuzu, green tea, and ginger. Since its launch in March 2020, its refreshing packaging design and the taste of "Sui Gin Soda," enjoyed mixed with soda, have been well-received. It is sold in approximately 35,000 restaurants and bars and approximately 48,000 retail stores, and sales volume in 2021 increased significantly by 236% compared to the previous year.

"Kaiju Lemon" is a huge, bumpy lemon resembling a monster, grown by the 10th generation of a 400-year-old lemon farming family in "Lemon Valley," a major lemon-producing area in Setoda-cho, Ikuchijima, Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which boasts the highest lemon production in Japan. With a sugar content of 9-11 degrees, it is 2-3 times the size of a normal lemon, and the cultivation method has been devised specifically for lemon sours to minimize bitterness. It pairs exceptionally well with Sui Gin, and is a pinnacle of domestically produced frozen lemons, with sliced lemons coated in lemon paste and individually frozen.
